Michael holds a College Degree of Electrotechnical Engineering, based on his diploma on electronic fee collection. He looks back on some 35 years of project management and engineering experience. He founded his consulting firm in 1997, providing fully independent business advice and special know-how in the field of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) and Road Transport and Traffic Telematics (RTTT) applications. He regularly publishes professional articles for the ITS world.

Besides numerous engagements in international industrial automation projects (see references) he was advisor to the Austrian Minister of Transport on his decision towards a fully electronic toll collection scheme and was - respectively still is - advisor to the Austrian MoT and to ASFiNAG regarding the Austrian Truck Tolling System operative since 2004, Lead consultant review & special tasks to ASFiNAG within the “GO Maut 2.0” project, deploying the new Austrian ETC System by 2018, advisor to the Swiss Customs Authority (OZD) regarding the countrywide ETC scheme LSVA, to the Slovenian MoT (and DARS) for the deployment of their tolling plans, and to GDDKiA and DARS in regard to managing the performance of the National Polish Toll Collection System.

Based on his more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of electronic tolling he has collected special know-how on the end2end business process- and system design, the tendering-, bid evaluation-, purchasing- and contracting process, as well as on the realization-, test-, handover and startup phases - completely independent of all the various technologies involved. His expertise includes the entire legal and commercial framework necessary for successful ETC project deployment.

Michael graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a Master of Science in construction engineering. He was working for several known companies in the field of traffic engineering before he founded his own consulting company VCM.

Ever since he was working with well-known Consulting firms - also in management positions - in the field of road and transport telematics covering roadside and central systems and applications, video surveillance systems, image processing, multimedia systems, etc. He also focuses on traffic planning, project management and quality assurance.

Tore gradutated from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Bergen and holds an University Degree in Business Administration (“Siviløkonom NHH”). After graduating from school at BG & BRG Eisenstadt and a business education at the University of Economics (Vienna) Franz started his professional career at VAMED Consulting. In parallel, he continued studying economy and business at the Open University Hagen. He held various project management and top management positions in the IT industry. Finally, as a global account manager already, he was responsible for the worldwide activities for Raymarine, which included accountability for three production sites (China, Mexico, and Hungary) and a design center in Sweden.

Parallel to this business career he continuously developed his soft skills further by completing courses as NLP master (at the NLP University in California of Robert Dilts), as mental- and outdoor-trainer, and similar.

Since 2010 Franz works as freelancing consultant, coach and trainer in the areas of leadership training, self- and time-management, communication, teambuilding and team development. In these areas he supports Prime Consulting Services as business consultant and trainer.

During his career, Wolfgang has held various consulting, sales, and management positions in the multi-layered and dynamic markets of telecommunications, energy supply and information technology, most recently at a well-known Austrian systems house.
